    Daniel Mills is the President and CEO of GI Plastek.  Daniel has held senior management roles over the past 25 years at companies such as Textron, TRW and Kautex. He built his career at Textron Automotive in plastics injection molding, starting as a Project Engineer, progressing to Vice President of Operations, managing plants in the US, Canada and Mexico. Prior to joining GI Plastek Daniel was the General Manager for Gainsborough Specialty Bathing; launching a green field's manufacturing plant in the USA growing sales to $20 M in three years. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Dunstable College in the UK, and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

    Mr. Carloni is the Financial Services Manager for People’s United Bank and is responsible for daily operation of the Wolfeboro and Melvin Village Offices, as well as business development, small business services and community involvement in Wolfeboro, Melvin Village and surrounding communities.  Travis has over 15 years of experience, including corporate equipment financing, mortgage lending, commercial lending and banking.  He has been the Financial Services Manager for People’s United Bank in Wolfeboro for 5 years.  Prior to People’s United Bank, Travis held the Banking Center Manager position with Bank of America in Scarborough, Maine.  He holds a BS in Business Administration from Lyndon State College.

  • Mr. Roberge, is serving as a At-Large Member at WEDCO.  Jeremy is the President & CEO of Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.  He previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Huggins Hospital begining in 2012.  Prior to Huggins Hospital, Jeremy's career focused on financial and  operational improvement in rural community hospitals and physician practices in New Hampshire's Coos County.  He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in healthcare audits and finances.  He was also a member of the NH Army National Guard.  Jeremy is currently President of the Suagr Hill Retirment Community Board of Directors and serves on the Granite One Health Board of Trustees.  In 2016, Jeremy was recognized as one of the "50 Critical Access Hospital CEO's to Know" in the nation by Beckers Hospital Review.

  • Ms. Collins recently retired after 17 years as State Director of the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center a partnership program of the US SBA, the UNH Paul College of Business & Economics, the State of NH and the private sector.  The SBDC provides managament consulting and educational programs to businesses statewide.  Ms. Collins background also includes 20 years in the private sector where she held positions in finance, business development and marketing for NH manufacturing and engineering firms.  Ms. Collins served as a lontime Board member and now Trustee on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire High Technology Council (NHHTC).  In 2014 she was appointed by the governor to serve as a member of the NH Judicial Conduct Committee.  Her past experience includes service on both planning board and budget committees as well as trustee of library trust funds. Ms Collins holds a BA in History from UMass Boston and an MBA from Rivier University.  Mary is an avid gardener, enjoys bridge and travel, and her membership in the Corinthian Yacht Club on Lake Winnipesaukee.  Mary and her husband have now retired to Wolfeboro after 38 years in Mount Vernon, NH.

  • Tim Cronin is serving as a at Large Member for WEDCO.. Mr. Cronin retired from the paper industry in 2013 where he was a sales professional with 25+ years of experiance supporting multiple manufacturing locations in Maine, NH, and Canada.  Tim managed sales teams for multiple product lines that included strategic long term planning, advertising and communication.  Tim's responsibilities were client realtions, account & project management including leading a team to secure and implement a 3 million dollar software system. Tim was an elected official of the Newtown CT Zoning Board of Appeals from December 1995 to July 2016 serving for 21 years.  During his time in Newtown CT his family were active boaters on the inland lakes and Long Island Sound.  Tim and his wife recently relocated to Wolfeboro NH

  • Mr. Ballard serves as WEDCO Member at Large and is Chairman of the Loan Review Committee. He is a member of the Moultonborough Advisory Budget Committee and the Moultonborough Capital Improvement Program Committee. He also served as Chair of the Planning Board for three years and was a member of the Finance Committee for the school building project. He is also a licensed New Hampshire real estate agent. His business background includes over thirty-five years in financial services, primarily in the banking industry. His banking experience covered retail, commercial, and international lending. In addition, he worked with a consulting company engaged in Loan Review services for community bank.

  • Megan Ryder is currently the Business Banking Officer serving the Northern New Hampshire market for Citizens Financial Group.  Prior to that, she was a Licensed Banker with Citizens Bank in Wolfeboro.  Her background includes retail, business and investment banking.  Megan resides in Wolfeboro with her husband and two children.

  • Mr. Osetek has been employed as a Vice President Commercial Loan Officer at Meredith Village Savings Bank since 2014.  Dan's career in commercial lending bagan in 2002 after graduating from Bridgwater State College in Massachutes.   Dan's extensive experience in commercial lending allows him to develop financing strategies to help all businesses big and small.  He served as a board member of the Mount Washington Valley Habitat for Humanity where he acted as president and vice president.  He was also a board member of the Mount Washington Valley Economic Council.

  • Tuftonboro Representative

    Mr. Kassels is WEDCO's Tuftonboro Representative. He is the Executive Director of YMCA Camp Belknap in Tuftonboro, NH. Prior to his present position his career focused on utility scale renewable energy projects. He worked both nationally and internationally in the wind, hydro, and solar fields.  His most recent position was as a co-founder and Vice President of a utility scale solar development and construction company. His business experience has focused on project management, technical and financial analysis, strategic planning and internal leadership management. His education includes a B.A. in Environmental Physics from Colorado College and a Masters in Civil Environmental and Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado. He resides with his wife and two boys in Tuftonboro, NH.

  • Cecile Chase is Vice President of the TD Bank in Wolfeboro, NH.  Ms. Chase oversees retail operations, consumer lending, small business services, business development and community relations.  Cecile has been with TD Bank for over 28 years and in her current position since 2000,  She is active in both the Wolfeboro Business Community and New Durham Community, where she resides.  She is a director of the Wolfeboro Area Chamber of Commerce, the Wolfeboro Rotary, serves on the board of Hearthstone Homes and is the Town Moderator in New Durham.  She has been a longtime member on the New Durham budget committee and was a longtime Trustee of Huggins Hospital.  Cecile enjoys outdoor sports including golf, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

  • Secretary/Wakefield Representative

    Mr. Fogg serves as WEDCO's Wakefield Representative. He is currently the Code Enforcement Officer and oversees the planning department in Wakefield. He is the past president of the Greater Wakefield Chamber of Commerce and is currently the chair of the Wakefield Conservation Commission. He was co-owner of Land Tech, a surveying and civil engineering firm in Ossipee for 10 years. He studied civil engineering at the University of NH and is a licensed septic designer, wetland scientist, and realtor. He is a 30+ year resident of Wakefield and lives with his wife and children.

    Mr. Watson is currently the Commercial Loan Officer servicing the Lakes Region and Northern New Hampshire markets for Bank of New Hampshire, based out of their Laconia Branch. Prior to that he worked for Citizens Bank as a Business Banking officer.  He was also involved in a family manufacturing company located in the Lakes Region holding numerous positions including VP Sales and Marketing for both wholesale and retail divisions.

  • Moultonborough Representative

    Mr. Borrin is WEDCO's Moultonborough Representative. He is the President of Preferred Vacation Rentals in Moultonborough & Wolfeboro, NH. Mark is a licensed Real Estate Broker and an active member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors & Tourism Associations. Mark attended the University of New Hampshire.
